We proudly celebrate the 15 AACT members who were recognized with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST)! Announced on January 13, 2025, this prestigious honor highlights 306 outstanding STEM educators nationwide for their dedication and impact.
The PAEMST is the highest U.S. recognition for K–12 STEM teachers, awarded to educators who demonstrate exceptional content knowledge, innovative teaching, and a commitment to student success. Recipients undergo a rigorous selection process and receive a certificate signed by the President, a $10,000 award from the National Science Foundation, and an invitation to Washington, D.C., for recognition events and professional development.
